Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the NestarioTabs browser extension and the website at nestariotabs.com (together, the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

NestarioTabs lets you save, organize, restore, share, and collaborate on browser tab sessions. The core features are free; optional paid plans (Pro and Team) add cloud backup, cross-browser sync, and team workspaces, as described on our pricing page. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the content of the tabs and sessions you save, share, or add to a team.
• Only create share links and share team workspaces with people you trust — anyone with a share link can view that session until it expires or you revoke it.
• Don't use the Service to store or share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to abuse, overload, or attempt to break the Service.
• You must meet the minimum age required to use Google and Chrome in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts & Google sign-in

Team features require signing in with Google. You're responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Paid plans, billing & refunds

Plans and prices. Current plans and prices are listed on our pricing page. Prices may change; changes never affect a period you've already paid for, and we'll give notice before a renewal at a new price.

Payment processing. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments. Your card details are collected on Dodo's secure checkout and never reach our servers. Taxes may be shown or included at checkout depending on your location.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly or yearly, per your choice — until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Plans & billing → Manage billing; your plan then stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and does not renew.

Team seats. The Team plan is priced per seat with a minimum of 2 seats; the team owner holds the subscription and is billed for all seats. Each member occupies one seat. Adding seats mid-cycle is charged pro rata.

Plan changes. Switching between Pro and Team or between monthly and yearly billing takes effect immediately and is prorated — unused time on the old plan is credited toward the new one.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, your paid features remain active for a 7-day grace period while you update your payment method. If payment isn't resolved, your account drops to the Free plan. Your local data is never affected; cloud backups remain viewable and deletable, but creating new ones requires an active plan.

Refunds. New subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee — email nestariotabs@gmail.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, payments are non-refundable and cancellations run to the end of the paid period, except where a refund is required by law.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to your tabs, sessions, and workspaces. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the Service — for example, to store and display a session when you create a share link or use a team workspace. We don't claim ownership of your content and we don't sell it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or disrupt the Service except as allowed by law; (b) access data that isn't yours; (c) use automated means to abuse the Service or exceed rate limits; or (d) use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

7. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service running but provide it "as is" without guarantees of uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where reasonable, we'll give notice of significant changes.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own backups of anything important.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NestarioTabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and, if applicable, deleting your account. Deleting your account or uninstalling does not by itself cancel a paid subscription — cancel it first via Manage billing. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute relating to the Service or these Terms will be handled by the competent courts of Morocco. If you use the Service from another country, you remain responsible for complying with any laws that apply to you locally.
